Our Best Answer - What is the Dean’s list?
Special recognition is granted to top scholars each semester. The President of the College of the Sequoias acknowledges, on the Dean’s List, those full-time students who attain a semester and cumulative grade point average of 3.0 (B) or better. In addition, he also recognizes on the President’s Honor List those full-time students who attain a semester and cumulative grade point average of 3.5 or better. Qualification for either honor requires enrollment in a minimum of twelve units with a letter grade. A record of these accomplishments becomes a part of the student’s permanent scholastic record.
